About us

BAT is part of the STEVILA Group, which specializes in subcontracting services and equipment production. Within the Group, there are five locations in total, employing a total of 320 employees. BAT was founded in 2013 and within the Group, it is involved in the production of customer-specified equipment and subcontracting of large components with dimensions of up to 8 x 3 meters and weights of up to 10 tons.

BAT has a skilled team of 100 employees at the Koszalin plant. Our employees have years of experience in equipment production. In total, there is a production and assembly area of approximately 5,500 square meters. We offer the following services:

• Equipment production in the form of individual modules as well as on a mass scale.
• Mechanical processing
• Production of welded and sheet metal assemblies
• Assembly and repairs in the field of metal processing
• Measurement services

Thanks to the capabilities available within the STEVILA Group, we can produce and assemble large quantities “from one supplier” or manufacture components that BAT is unable to produce. Even with large orders, we achieve an internal production level of over 90%, which means that most of the work is done in our facilities.
