Within the group, there are a total of eight large milling machines with dimensions of up to 8x3m, including four with five axes. In particular, BAT specializes in processing steel plates and welded steel plate structures. Thanks to specially developed clamping technology, such components are produced exceptionally efficiently. We have a welding certificate compliant with EN 1090-2 standard, level EXC2.
The machine park of BAT has been designed in a way that allows us to manufacture almost all the components of our devices within the group of companies to which we belong. Our primary focus is on the production of individual parts and small series.
We are able to process all common materials. We primarily focus on the processing of steel and aluminum. Surface finishing, such as galvanizing, blackening, and anodizing, is carried out by our reliable and efficient partners. Furthermore, in our facilities, wet painting of components is possible in dedicated spaces with maximum dimensions of 8x3m.
